My daughter and I recently purchased her first car with Carsindex. John our sales person was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and made the buying a car experience pleasant. A few week later a check engine light came on, I called service and Dan was friendly, and easy to talk with. I was impressed that he shared his cell number with me and added me to his contacts. He was empathetic with my concerns as my daughter would need to drive 45 minutes to the shop. Since the work would take a few hours they offered to take my daughter any where locally. They provided my daughter with transportation to and from Starbucks. Truly going above and beyond!
